The Town of Aberdeen will supply water and sewer throughout the community.

We are offering single family home/lot packages through our Preferred Builder Program.
The Timberview Townhomes are available and all selections offer golf course views. Located beside the amenity center and overlooking the second fairway, Townhomes range in size from 2,000–2,300 heated square feet and are priced starting at $250k**.
The Garden Home Series home sites are 50' wide and are offered as a home/lot package.
The Garden Home Series will be available ranging from 1711 to 2379 square feet and priced from $229,900**.
All homes are subject to design review architectural guidelines and must reflect historic southern architecture. Vinyl siding will not be permitted.
Lot prices start at $49,900. Please call for additional information.
Aberdeen Taxes are $ .90 per $100.00 for city and county.

The Plantation House Racquet & Fitness Club offers 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, tennis pro-shop, great room with personal liquor lockers, fitness center, tennis pro and full time activity director.
The Plantation House Racquet and Fitness Club amenities are offered to all property owners at no cost apart from yearly HOA dues.
HOA and Club Dues:
Single Family – $900 per year
Garden Homes – $900 per year
Townhomes – $765 per year + $150 per month sub dues
A limited number of memberships are available to the public for a fee.
Canoes and kayaks will be permitted. Motor boats are prohibited.
Legacy Golf Links is a public course and a separate entity from Legacy Lakes. Memberships are available, please contact the course for details.
