The Morrones
The first official residents of Legacy Lakes, Mary Anne Morrone and her husband, Sam, anxiously anticipated their move from Paris, Texas into the community and are now happily settled in their new home.
"It was definitely worth the wait," says Mrs. Morrone. "The entire community is being built to such high standards. It's really lovely."
The Morrone Family is particularly pleased with the community's 8,000 sq ft. clubhouse called The Plantation House. "It's such a wonderful place to gather and meet friends," says Mrs. Morrone.
"The weather and climate are beautiful," Mrs. Morrone attests, "especially compared to Texas. I think this is absolutely one of the nicest communities in Moore County. They have done an absolutely first class job."
The Brady Family
We are so happy to finally call Legacy Lakes our home. The growth of the development over the past three years is truly impressive and our family makes good use of the many amenities. Our kids always look forward to swimming in the pool that opened this summer and my wife and I love the convenience of the gym. After purchasing our lot, we have been extremely satisfied with the Legacy Lakes staff and their assistance during the building process. Bob Van Houten and his team at BVH Construction truly took the worries out of building a new home. Even though we were hundreds of miles away, our entire homebuilding process went off without a hitch and we absolutely love our home!
We are excited to see all of the new homes being built and meeting our new neighbors. We have made numerous friends already and can’t wait to meet more as the development grows. The drive on post is not bad at all and sure beats Fayetteville rush hour traffic, especially on the weekends. Throw in all that the Sandhills area has to offer from schools to shopping, we made the right decision to move to Legacy Lakes!
